10 Year Warranty
At POSHPUP we want every collar to feel like a trusted part of your dog's daily adventures. Each one is made with care, strong materials, and a whole lot of love. Because we believe in the quality of what we make, your collar comes with a 10 year warranty on manufacturing defects. Below you’ll find a clear and easy overview of how it works.
Purpose
This policy is here to take care of real customers who experience rare defects, while keeping things fair for everyone. Above all, we want you to feel confident choosing POSHPUP for your dog, today and years from now.
What is covered
If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during the 10 year warranty period, we’ve got you covered. Think of things like stitching that gives out unexpectedly or hardware that fails without signs of misuse.
What is not covered
Some things fall outside the warranty. Damage from chewing, misuse, incorrect washing such as to- hot temperature (each collar is delivered with wash instructions), stains, discoloration, odors, normal wear and tear, or changes in size as your dog grows are not included. Lost collars are also not covered.
The Bowtie
The matching bowtie is included in the warranty.
Conditions
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and only to the specific collar bought. It cannot be transferred to someone else or used to exchange for another size or color. Each purchased collar is eligible for one warranty claim. Collars purchased from bol.com are also included in this warranty however claim must be made on the bol.com platform.
How to make a claim
Reach out to us via the contact page with your order number plus clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us check whether it qualifies under the warranty. In some cases we may ask you to return the collar for inspection.
Incase you bought your collar from bol.com, please make your claim there aswell.
Resolution
If the claim is approved, we’ll replace your collar with the same model. If that color or size is no longer available, we’ll suggest the closest available alternative.
Changes to the policy
In case this policy ever changes, don't worry; your product still falls under the protection of the policy that was current at the time of purchase. Outdated policies will be posted below for review.
