You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you have notified us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items are delivered in a frosted zipper bag. This bag is part of the product and is not considered shipping packaging, so it must be included with any return.

You are welcome to inspect your product in a reasonable way. This includes removing it from the packaging and checking whether the size is correct. Some products may come with protective plastic film around the metal parts. This film may need to be removed in order to unbuckle the item and check the size. In the case of a return, we would appreciate it if the protective film is placed back around the metal part where possible, but this is not required in order to receive a refund.

Please note that you are responsible for keeping the product clean and hygienic while inspecting it. Items returned with hairs, dirt, or other signs of use that affect hygiene cannot be refunded, as they can no longer be resold.

Once we have received the returned item, or proof that it has been shipped back to us, we will refund your payment within 14 days. This includes the original standard shipping costs where legally required.
